A logon ID is used for logging onto the Direct Banking Service.
You need to set (or change) your own logon ID yourself.
If you forget your logon ID, you can find it by logging on to the Direct Banking Service from gDirect Banking Logon (English)h on the International Money Transfer App, and then clicking gCustomer Serviceh > gChange Logon ID.h If you cannot log on via the app, please contact us.
